Tuesday was my first day teaching music at Hudson, and Bella's first day in the Honeybee Room at KECC. We both had great first days!

Coyle's First Day of School

Coyle started in the Bear Room on Monday. He did great and had a fun first day, although it really wore him out.

Fire Station Visit

Coyle wearing a real fireman's helmet.The "A" firefighters and emts gave us a great tour! I think they overwhelmed the kids just because there was so many of them, but we all really enjoyed our visit.

Bella and Bitty

Here's Bella and her doll, Bitty, in matching shirts! Bella was so excited that she got a berry shirt just like her doll. She toted Bitty around all day.

Ready for a Concert

Coyle and Bella posing out front; they were all gussied up for my former student Natalie's bassoon concerto with the Gateway Festival Orchestra. It was an outdoor concert at WashU, and the kids enjoyed it. Coyle was an exemplary audience member. Bella and Clay had to go to the back so she could run around a bit, but not too bad for a 2 yr. old.
